Ortega's. Great jewelry -- horrible customer service if something breaks! Be warned, they do not stand behind the quality of their jewelry.

Ortega's On the Plaza. I bought a pair of earrings at Indian Market, 2009. The post broke on one of them. Ortega's accepted the earrings back without question. I received them this week. They were boxed beautifully. Backs were even included although I had not dropped them by the store with any backs. In a "down" market, sometimes customer services decline. Ortega's has handled this transaction extremely well.

Jewelry lovers dream!!!. Being a jewelry lover who particularly loves all things southwestern, I always make Ortegas one of my first stops when visiting Santa Fe. I never fail to find beautiful, unique pieces of handcrafted silver and colorful stones. The sales women are friendly and knowledgeable and if I'm lucky while browsing, a feautured designer will walk in the door with his/her latest creations. I adore my collection from Ortegas on the Plaza and am guaranteed lots of compliments when wearing the eye-catching treasures. Be sure to visit the store filled with irresistible jewelry and belt buckles next time you're in Santa Fe--but leave some for me! A., Weston, MA
