Best Saag Paneer in the USA!. Who came up with the 8.5 rating? I'm a very proficient chef and I have not found an Indian restaurant anywhere in my travels that could equal the saag paneer of India Palace. I have many Indian friends and have been to Indian restaurants in most cities in the U.S. Every time I pass through Santa Fe, I make it a point to eat here and The Shed at least one night. The chicken tikka masala is also wonderful and the naan is light and crispy. This place should rate at least a 9.5!!!

Namaste in Santa Fe!. Absolutely, the benchmark of Indian cuisine in this country. Lovely ambient setting, divine service, intoxicatingly delicious food make for an unforgettable experience in, of all places, the high desert of New Mexico. This is such a nice break from enchiladas! At less than $10, the daily luncheon buffet is one of the best bargains imaginable anywhere.
