Santa Fe's worst spa. It is difficult to explain my experience at this spa with such a limited amount of characters. I had scheduled a day of beauty which includes a massage, manicure, and facial. when i arrived the manicurist told me that she was sick and we needed to reschedule or I could upgrade my facial. She was in a bad mood. I asked her to reschedule the entire appointment so I could have a 'day of beauty' complete with all the treatments. she was fine with that but she would charge me $125. As the conversation continued she insulted my character, lied about the owner's name when I asked, and told me to leave. She even asked what i would have done if she had been dead and insinuated that I didn't care about the situation in Haiti. The masseuse arrived and again I was told to leave. I kept my other two treatments as not to inconvenience the masseuse. since then, it has been two weeks and I have left multiple messages for the owner but she has not returned my call. I would not recommend this to anyone and any review you read is from a prior location and should be questioned. the new location is a glorified office.
