GREAT SALON I LOVED IT!!!!

I love this salon I alway recommend it to everyone I know. The whole staff is nice and friendly. They listen to your needs and wants. Everyones talent is amazing. I have been to other salons and this one is the best. Don't make the same mistake I did by going to another salon GO TO CHRYSALIS!

WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET!!

My husband stopped in while out of town. They didn't have a price posted. He asked for a quick buzz cut. He has not specific style, all the same length. it took her 5 minutes and she charged him $50.00!!!! They were rude to him about it when he complained.

My stylist was bitchy!

After I showed her a picture (which she never looked at again) she cut me something that looked like David Bowie in the 80's (ok I did ask for 'hip,' but come on, short/rock stary on top and long in the back?) and then when I told her to please cut that shorter, she snipped, "You know, it's really hard to do a good job when you don't know what you want half way through a haircut," and more mean words that I don't remember, but anyway she almost made me cry and I'm not sensitive like that. Called to complain, no one returned my call. NEVER wasting my money at this place again.
- Pros: Clean?
- Cons: Rude, didn't want to help me choose, rude, wouldn't cut like the picture I chose, RUDE
