Worst Hilton Stay Ever. I am a Hilton Diamond member. I stay at a lot of Hilton Hotels. This was by far my worst Hilton stay ever. Before stay, I left 3 messages for concierge on three different days; never returned my call, and never was there to answer the phone. Finally the travel date arrived. I checked in; I had a confirmed reservation for an oversized room, was not put in oversized room. When demanded the oversized room that I paid for, room was not ready. When room was finally ready, I went to the room. When parking, I realized that the front desk clerk did not give me required parking hangtag for car. I went back to the front desk to get said hangtag. Amenities that HiltonHhonors had asked me to select via special email a few days before were not in the room. Called front desk to get them. Welcome gift for Diamond Member not in the room. Ice machine out of order. No vending machines where signs and arrows say vending machines should be. High Speed Internet Connection (stated on website as at a desk) was located between the two queen beds (very convenient for work, don't you know). Called to ask about this, and spoke to 3 people at the front desk until someone mentioned they had wireless. No mention of wireless at check-in, no notice of wireless in the room. So worked out for me, but not for poor suckers who need an ethernet cable.

It seemed like no one knew what was going on. I hope Hilton does.
